Prices
All prices are current at the time of
publication, however, are subject to change without notice. Your
request for quotation for a bulk quantity on any item will be furnished
promptly.
Terms
All payments must be received and must
clear before any items are shipped. No C.O.D. orders are possible.
Forms of Payment
MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover, Western
union, GreenDot, Money Order, Check, or Cash.
Shipping Terms
All items are shipped UPS, as
per customer’s choice. Items are shipped prepaid and added to
the invoice. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Usually orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of payment.
Many times orders are shipped the very next business day. However, there
are times due to high order volume, when it may take up to 5 business
days to ship. Regardless of order volume, we guarantee all orders will
be shipped from our warehouse no later than 5 business days from the
time payment is received.
Please note, that when a customer chooses
UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Third Day Air, that those express shipping terms apply to the parcel from the
time it is shipped, NOT from the time the order is placed. Although
we place the highest priority on orders with express shipping services,
the same shipping policies apply. We DO NOT guarantee that any order
will be shipped from our warehouse any sooner than 5 business days from
the time payment is received.
Regarding carriers, we make no guarantees
as to the time a carrier may take once an item is shipped. We are
not responsible for any delays due to a carrier's lack of performance.
A special note during the holidays. The
period from Thanksgiving to Christmas is an especially slow time to
receive shipment. Please be patient if you are waiting on a parcel during
this time. Again, a carrier's lack of performance is out of our control.

International Orders and Importation
Policies
All items sold on this site are available
to international customers residing outside of the United States.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know the importation restrictions
of the country in which they reside. The customer assumes all
liability regarding the importation of any item purchased. At
no time will Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. be held responsible for
non-delivery of any order that is stopped by the Customs of the country
in which the customer resides. In the event that the Customs of
the country in which the customer resides seizes a package because the
customer purchased an item that is regulated or not allowed for importation
into their respective country, the customer agrees to waive all rights
to any claim against Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. At no time
will Research Laboratory, Inc. be responsible for issuing a credit or
refunding any monies for any package that is seized by the Customs of
the country in which the customer resides.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to obtain any exportation or importation documentation or licensing
that may be required, depending on the country or district in which
they live.
Returned Goods
All customers are requested to communicate
with us before returning any goods. We will promptly authorize all JUSTIFIED
returns. For any item being returned for any reason other than it being
defective, there may be a 15% re-stocking fee. After arrangements
have been made for the return, the material should be properly identified
with sender’s name and address, carefully packed and returned to us.
The customer is responsible for all return packing and shipping cost.
Damage & Shortages
Extreme care is used in filling and packing
your orders. All items are checked, rechecked and packed by experienced
personnel. Should discrepancies occur, you should contact us immediately
so that the problem can be resolved. All claims of shortage, or damage
MUST BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE.
Major damage should be reported immediately to and inspected by the
carrier. We will lend all assistance in helping to process your claim.
UPS Damage: All packing materials should be kept until inspected
by a UPS representative.
The Sale of Syringes and Hypodermic
Needles
1. Regulations
on the purchase of syringes and needles vary from state to state.
It is the purchasers responsibility to know and comply with the laws
governing the district in which they live.
2. The purchaser is certifying that he/she
is 18 years old, or older and that the syringes or needles being purchased
are intended for laboratory use.
3. The purchaser is certifying that the
syringes or needles being purchased are not being used to introduce
any controlled or illegal substance into the human body.
4. Research Laboratory Supply, Inc.
reserves the right to restrict or refuse sale to any person who may
not be in compliance with our stated company policies on the sale and
use of syringes and needles.
Limit of Liability
Research Laboratory Supply, Inc., as
a distributor for the products described in this catalog, warrants that
representations for the products described, accurately reflect the manufacturer's
representations to Research Laboratory Supply, Inc.. Research Laboratory
Supply, Inc., therefore, expressly disclaims any and all warranties,
whether implied, expressed or statutory, including the warranty of FITNESS
FOR USE and MERCHANTABILITY. Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. will,
in no event, be liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused
by the use of any products described in this catalog.
All materials being sold, including but not limited to all solvents, all chemicals, all oils, and all sterile diluents, are intended for laboratory or research use only.
They are NOT for use as food additives,
drugs, or other inappropriate applications. They are not intended for
any form of human consumption and are not intended to be used to produce
any product or substance that may be used for human consumption. All
of the products must be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
When purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there
may be hazards associated with their use. The Customer represents and
warrants to Research Laboratory Supply, Inc. that from customer's own
independent review and study, the Customer is fully aware and knowledgeable
about (I) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling
of the products purchased; (II) industrial hygiene controls necessary
to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards; (III) the
need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with
products; and (IV) government regulations regarding the use of and exposure
to such products. Research Laboratory Supply, Inc., at it's sole discretion, reserves
the right to limit the sale of any product, or to refuse the sale of
any product to any customer deemed unqualified to make such a purchase.
What may be legal in one jurisdiction
may not be legal in another. It is the Customer's responsibility to
know and to abide by all of the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction
in which you live or conduct business that may be related to the use
of any product the Customer may purchase.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RESEARCH LABORATORY
SUPPLY, INC., OR ANY OF IT'S OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES
BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER
PURCHASER'S CLAIM IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALE OF PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, THE PURCHASER
AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD RESEARCH LABORATORY SUPPLY, INC., OR ANY
OF IT'S OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM
ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER
ARISING OUT OF PURCHASER'S HANDLING AND/OR USE OF PRODUCT, WHETHER USED
ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCT.
CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS
Due to the manner in which our orders are processed for shipment, we cannot add to, or modify an existing order once it has been submitted. We can only cancel an order IF it has not yet been shipped. If you need to add to or change an existing order, you may call or e-mail our customer service department and cancel your existing order, IF it has not yet shipped, and then you must re-submit a new order with the changes or additions you wish to make. You must re-submit your order through the on-line check out process. We cannot process, change, or modify any orders via e-mail or phone. We can only cancel orders. If your order has already shipped then you must place an additional order.
All statements of policy, prices and
specifications are subject to change or withdrawal.
